We can’t emphasise the importance of healthy eating to promote good eyesight. Lots of different coloured fruit and vegetables contain different nutrients to help build healthy eyes. Try and maintain a sensible weight too, and take exercise out of doors in the fresh air. It’s good for your mental health too!
